Marguerite “Margie” E. Ferrino, 65, of Wyndmoor died March 25, 2018. Margie was a long-time volunteer at Chestnut Hill Hospital and provided pet care to many families in the area. She spent summers in Ocean City and volunteered with the beach patrol. Margie talked to everyone, she was a gentle spirit and faithful friend to many. She loved Mickey Mouse, visits to Disney, The Lion King, TV Land, pasta, crab cakes, and cake. She is the daughter of the late Rossi and Elizabeth Ferrino and is survived by her sister Ann J. Ferrino. Relatives and friends may call at Our Mother of Consolation Church, 9 E. Chestnut Hill Ave., Phila., PA 19118, Thursday, April 5th at 9AM. Funeral Mass 10AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Philadelphia Folksong Society for use in the Odyssey Program which sends professional folk musicians to Delaware Valley schools.
