LeeAnn Hildebrand Dahme

LeeAnn Hildebrand-Dahme went to be with the Lord and her parents on November 23rd, 2021 at Chestnut Hill Hospital with her family by her side. Beloved daughter to the late Roy and Adelaide Hildebrand. Wife to David E. Dahme for 25 years. Mother to Danielle and Timothy. LeeAnn was known as a fanatic of the Philadelphia Phillies since she was a little girl. She was a hardworking person who worked at the Mt. Carmel Nursery School for 10+ years, and recently at the Acme (Flourtown) the last 5 years and loved the people she worked with. There will be a gathering at 12:30pm followed by graveside service at 1:00pm at George Washington Memorial Park on Monday November 29th, 2021. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in honor of LeeAnn Dahme.
