Deborah C. Gigliotti, R.N.

Deborah C. Gigliotti, R.N., of Collegeville PA formerly of Wilmington, DE, passed away on March 29, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and dedication in the field of healthcare.

Deborah's career as a healthcare provider spanned over four decades at Christian Care Health System in Wilmington, DE. Starting as a critical care nurse, she poured her heart into her work, eventually rising to the esteemed position of Nurse Manager of the Arsht Surgical Center. Her commitment to excellence and unwavering kindness touched the lives of many patients and colleagues throughout her remarkable 43 years of service.

Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware, Deborah furthered her knowledge with a Masters in Business from Wesley University. Her thirst for learning led her to a Summer Fellowship at the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY, where she honed her skills and expertise in cancer care.

Outside of her professional life, Deborah found joy in various hobbies and interests. She cherished moments spent at the Jersey shore, indulged in cooking delectable dishes, expressed her creativity through crafts, delighted in entertaining loved ones, explored new destinations through travel adventures, and above all adored every moment shared with her beloved grandchildren.

Deborah is preceded in death by her father, Philip Cloud. She is survived by her loving husband Peter; devoted sons Michael (Rebecca) and Gabriel (Mandi); cherished grandchildren Jeffrey, Jack, Samantha, and Ellison; beloved mother Barbara; and dear sister Patricia.

A Visitation will be held Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 9AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10AM at Our Mother of Consolation Church, 9 E. Chestnut Hill Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19118. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
