Clarke Van Sant

On Monday morning, March 29, 2021, Clarke Van Sant, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away at the age of 83. Clarke was born on October 5, 1937 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was a talented hospital architect in Philadelphia, having designed Jefferson Hospital, served as the President of the Carpenters’ Company, and led M.P.B. as an executive partner, just to name a few accomplishments. He retired in 2012. He is survived by his wife Melinda, his three sons Ed and wife Jackie, Ernesto, and Christopher and wife Danielle, and his five grandchildren Emily, Collin, Sarah, Viola, and Liliana. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 24 at 3 pm at the Venetian Club in Chestnut Hill.
